1. About these terms
These Terms of Service apply to your use of makemeuprsf.com and to booking or receiving services at Make Me Up RSF, 6024 Paseo Delicias, Suite I, Rancho Santa Fe, CA 92067. By using our website or booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
2. Services and booking
We offer makeup and add-on adhesive lashes by appointment and by walk-in when a chair is available. Online booking is powered by Vagaro. Availability, pricing, and services may change at any time.
Please arrive on time and let us know if you are running late.
3. Cancellations and no-shows
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the time to guests on our waitlist. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a 50% cancellation fee. Guests who do not show up without notice are charged the full service amount. Future appointments may require a non-refundable deposit. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service, and arrival beyond that window is treated as a late cancellation with applicable fees. Classes require 24 hours’ notice.
4. Payments
We accept American Express, Discover, Visa, Mastercard, and debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service unless a deposit applies. Gratuities are appreciated and go to your artist.

6. Gift cards
Gift cards are redeemable for services and retail at Make Me Up RSF. No Expiration.
7. Your health and safety
Please tell us about any allergies, skin or eye conditions, sensitivities, or medications that may affect your service, and complete our client intake form. We may modify or decline a service for safety or hygiene reasons. Makeup results vary by individual, and we cannot guarantee a specific outcome.
8. Guests under 18
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. OR a parent or guardian must sign for any service.
9. Conduct
We want everyone to feel welcome and comfortable. We may refuse or end service for abusive, unsafe, or disruptive behavior.
10. Photos and videos
We may take photos or videos of finished looks to share on our website and social media.
If you prefer not to be photographed or featured, tell your artist before your service and we will respect your choice.
11. Website content
The photos, text, logo, and designs on this website belong to Make Me Up RSF and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by California law, Make Me Up RSF and its artists are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of our website or services. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law.
13. Privacy

14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
