Refund/Return Policy

What is the return policy?

At MMU, we stock boutique lines. All sales are considered final once the products leave the store, due to strict hygiene and cross-contamination policies.


Exceptions:

New and unopened products can be returned for an even exchange within 7 days of purchase, provided you have your original receipt.


  1. Items like a broken pump or unsealed product can be exchanged immediately.


  1. If you suffer a verified allergic reaction, MMU will accept returns for a full exchange within 14 days of purchase.
